You must please alert me via email at least 2 days before you want to attend a class and receive confirmation from me that you can attend on that date.
Days prepurchased will expire 6 months from the day of purchase and will not be refunded.
Days lost due to technical issues will be refunded in days so that the time lost can be recouped on another mutually agreed upon day.
If you need to reschedule a course, please let me know at least 2 days in advance.
Courses for which I have firm bookings will replace unattended courses listed on the schedule.
My location is in the United Kingdom. Please consider time zone differences before committing to training and discuss them with me.
Attendees from all around the world are welcome. You will need to negotiate times with me and other attendees affected by the results of such negotiations.
Online classes contain up to 5 general public attendees unless organised otherwise.
One-on-one sessions are more than welcome. You need to negotiate a one-on-one session with me in advance.
Larger groups for corporate attendees online or onsite are negotiable.
You will need desktop PC equipment that is at least capable of running Adobe Connect meeting software unless you wish me to use your choice of software. Adobe Connect is specifically engineered for classroom use. You can find out more about adobe connect here.
For a sincere effective teaching experience, you and I need to be able to make eye contact via a webcam. I highly recommend using one so that I can see you and vice versa. Eye contact is part of the nature of fundamental and reliable human communication.
I recommend two monitors attached to your pc: one for reading an electronic the manual, reading laboratory exercises, viewing me, my whiteboard and one for you to be able to follow along and do hands-on-demonstrations on your or a remote virtual machine.
A modern domestic TV makes a perfectly good second monitor. You may be able to use one if you first buy a VGA or HDMI cable.
If you wish to reclaim days as money before the 6 month expiry period, I will refund these to you at their original purchase price less all fees incurred by PayPal in both receiving and refunding your money. The latter is for you to debate with PayPal, not for me.
I cannot promise instant refunds but I will do so if possible. At worst please allow 30 days for a refund to be processed, I am a small business after all.
My standard class times run from 9:30am until 4:30pm.
It will be really helpful if you log into the Online training room 10 minutes before starting each day.
